Clearwell Group Welcomes New Team Member
Clearwell Group, a family office based in Tampa, FL, is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel Rohrdanz. Since January, Mr. Rohrdanz has served as Platform Associate at Clearwell Group where he is responsible for our philanthropy platform of non-profit and ministry relationships as well as overseeing marketing, branding, and communication strategies.

Prior to joining Clearwell Group, Danny was the Tampa Bay Area Director for Jobs for Life and Founder of Yellow Leaf Marketing, a creative digital agency.

Danny Rohrdanz is the Platform Associate at Clearwell Group. Danny is focused on the philanthropy platform at Clearwell in an advisory and management role. He oversees the grantee review process, grant management, and non-profit and ministry relationships. Additionally, he oversees marketing, branding and communications strategies, while also working on deal origination and maintaining internal tracking systems and databases.
Prior to joining the Clearwell Group team, he served as the Tampa Bay Area Director for Jobs for Life, a ministry that engages and equips the Church to prepare individuals for meaningful work.
In July 2011, he founded Yellow Leaf Marketing, a creative digital agency which works alongside cause-driven businesses, foundations, and ministries to help develop their identity, reach their people, and mobilize their champions. Danny and his team have had the privilege to serve numerous clients by delivering effective, digital marketing solutions for over six years.
Danny is thrilled to be a part of the Clearwell Group team as it allows him to continue to pursue his passion for seeing communities flourish by the spread of creative and meaningful ideas through strategic marketing, cause-driven business, and restorative philanthropic initiatives.
Danny serves on the Tampa Bay City Advisory Board for Jobs for Life and is also a member of Professionals in Christian Philanthropy, a national society of grant makers and foundation executives. He is also a founding member of The Heights Church in Tampa. He and his wife, Courtney, have been married for over ten years and love raising their two daughters.
