Clearwell Group, a family office based in Tampa, FL, is pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Franz to Principal.

Mr. Franz leads and executes the firm’s direct private equity efforts. In this role, he supports portfolio companies and is responsible for the sourcing, analysis, due diligence and closing of investment opportunities. Mr. Franz’s industry experience includes manufacturing, environmental services, transportation and logistics, business services, healthcare, technology, and financial services, among others. He currently serves as a board member of Advanced Drying Systems and Valor Environmental and a board observer of Iron Container and Gaskins + LeCraw.
Mr. Franz joined Clearwell Group in August 2017. Prior to joining Clearwell Group, Tyler worked with Ballast Point Ventures and Raymond James Investment Banking. Mr. Franz holds Bachelors of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami.
